Description:

Responsible for the installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Typically requires an Associates Degree in computer science or related experience. Implements system policies and procedures that support the processing environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, and phones
• Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
• Resolving IT support requests from employees
• Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with Networking
• Microsoft Office
• Computer repair skills
• Troubleshooting
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Work on multiple projects and issues
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position or role
• Associates degree or related experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Salary commensurate with skills and experience
